Terms of use

Who operates the service
DugoutPilot is operated as DugoutPilot LLC (formation pending). Notices may be sent to 1751 N 193rd E Ave, Catoosa, OK 74015. Contact support@dugoutpilot.com about these terms or your account.
Who the service is for
DugoutPilot is intended for adult coaches, team administrators, and authorized adult staff. Team access may be created by an owner or granted through an invitation. Do not create accounts for children or share your credentials with them. Keep your credentials and invitation links private and notify support if access may be compromised.
Your team information
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize DugoutPilot to store, process, and display that information to provide the service to authorized users. Only import, upload, or share information you are authorized to use, including player information, photos, logos, and information from third-party services. Obtain any required permissions and follow the rules of those services.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. Team administrators are responsible for reviewing member access and permissions. Support may restrict access to address suspected misuse or a security incident.
Analytics and service limitations
Imported data and calculated statistics may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important results against the original records. Scouting and lineup tools support coaching judgment; they do not guarantee performance. Pitching and development features do not provide medical advice or replace applicable safety and competition rules.
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Third-party integrations may change independently. No uninterrupted availability or guaranteed data-recovery time is promised. Keep original records and discuss export needs with support.
Plans, billing, and renewals
The Development plan is free with no fixed end date. Paid plans are billed immediately through Stripe at the price and interval displayed during checkout. Each subscription applies to one team unless the offer states otherwise. Introductory annual pricing and the corresponding standard annual value are displayed before purchase.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and renewal price shown during checkout and in the billing portal until canceled. Material pricing changes will be communicated before they take effect. Taxes may be added when required. You are responsible for accurate billing information and authorized use of the payment method.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time, except to correct a billing error or where otherwise required by law. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may suspend paid features while preserving Development access.
You can manage billing from Team Settings, or request account deactivation or an authorized data export through Help & data requests. Deactivation stops access; it is not the same as deleting shared team history.
Privacy and updates
Read the Privacy notice for information handling and request procedures. Future changes to these terms will be identified by a revised version, with material changes communicated to affected account holders before taking effect.
